Our move to paperless income tax filings and billing has been wildly successful. We have found this process to be a more efficient internal processing system. In the 2016 income tax filing season, we will benefit from having yet another year under our belts with the system. We believe that this makes us more efficient and will enable us to continue to provide excellent service to you. We are extremely excited about these new features and how they can potentially blossom into additional avenues that will be beneficial to you.

Other than that, our external tax season process will be exactly as it has been in the past. We ask for a small retainer of $75.00, as soon as possible, to reserve your position on our tax season schedule. This system has enabled us to schedule the busy season work flow more effectively, improving our service to you.
